**The Opportunity**

As an **ServiceNow Solution Architect**you will play a key role in helping the **Digital Transformation Consulting Practice** establish itself as a valued partner in our customers’ Digital Transformation journey toward **Operational Antifragility**. You can become a valued member of our team by demonstrating mastery of **market-leading ServiceNow platform solutions**.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Ensure solution architecture design and technical integrity across ServiceNow activities
- Advise on the impact of change to related programs and processes
- Set architecture and technical direction for all ServiceNow development activity
- Drive cost transparency ensuring value for money and operational performance of support and development partners
- Ensure alignment and compliance with Governance, Regulatory and Security Policy
- Maintain and develop positive working relationships with IT ecosystem suppliers in order to foster a collaborative environment.
- Market Analysis of the Solution Options
- Target State Solution view, Capabilities and Services View
- Options Analysis & Solution Recommendations including technology and deployment options & Interface needs
- Ensure that solutions conform to Enterprise Architecture
- Maintain and develop positive working relationships with IT ecosystem suppliers in order to foster a collaborative environment
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills at project stakeholder level.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry good practice for architecture within and related to ServiceNow platform
- 7+ years experience developing Solution Architectures for the ServiceNow Platform
- Knowledge of networking concepts and design practices including; HTTP/S, TCP/IP, load balancers, firewalls, proxies
- 5+ years’ solution design experience at an enterprise level
- 5+ years implementing integration between ServiceNow and other platforms/apps
- Knowledge of Integration HUB spokes and IDR
- Knowledge of relevant capabilities (e.g. Scripting: JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly)
- SME on best practice and strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow Platform
- Ability to determine scope and estimate work effort of development activities.
- Knowledge of Integration patterns in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Security concepts and design practices
- Knowledge and experience designing High Availability and Disaster recovery
- Knowledge of Data Management and Reporting techniques
