**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team in providing compassionate care to people in the community. It is a requirement for this position for you **to be able to drive and have your own reliable vehicle**. Experience is not essential since you will be provided with full training and on-going support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support with personal care, hygiene and any other health needs.
- Administer or prompt medication when required.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation and domestic tasks.
- Encourage sufficient hydration and nutrition.
- Engage in activities to promote well-being and independence.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in providing quality care.

- Hourly rate £11.56 to £13.25 (Enhanced pay at weekends and double-time on bank holidays).
