Innovative Food Ingredients (IFI) are a thriving and growing family run business with an exciting future ahead. Specialising in Food Ingredients and Outdoor Cooking Equipment, Innovative Food Ingredients offers a diverse portfolio of products.

Having recently moved into a newly renovated Office, Showroom and Warehouse, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team.

In this role you will be supporting the Accounts team to manage all aspects of credit control tasks and duties in accordance and in line with the Businesses policies and procedures. You will also process day to day business transactions, such as accounts receivable, invoice Queries and customer payments.

You will develop existing business skills and learn new transferrable skills in our flourishing business.

Within this role there will be scope for progression and full training support will be given.

Some of the duties are as follows.
- Processing invoices - end to end process
- Process customer payments and invoices
- Preparing Statements of Account
- Investigating and resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
- To interact with order processing/customer service and distribution to ensure all outstanding queries are resolved within the agreed timescale and escalated according to our current procedures.
- Ensuring monthly comprehensive reconciliations are completed and maintained on all accounts, with exceptional attention to detail.
- To review the company credit control procedure and develop and implement enhancements where required.

Experience
- Sage 50 accounts
- Excel skills
- Management of ledgers
