**Senior Administrator**
**Permanent, Full Time**
**Location: Brize Norton**
We are currently looking to recruit an Senior Administrator to be based at RAF Brize Norton as part of a new Defence contract on a permanent basis.
The new Senior Administrator will act as the support interface on site and support the department ensuring a high quality data production and provide advice and support to the team regarding processes.
**Responsibilities of this role include**:
- Ensure customer, client and stakeholder satisfaction
- Support in providing a compliant estate
- Support supply chain management to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction
- Ensure delivery meets H+S/compliance and quality assurance standards
- Support continuous improvement within the working environment
- Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed
- Helping establish and maintain office procedures
- Assisting senior management team when needed
- Attending seminars and training
- Previous Administration experience
- Developed IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word etc.)
- Able to deal with conflicting priorities
- Able to work within a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with different people at different levels
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
