We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join our team based in Irlam, Manchester. This is a permanent, full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

**What does this corker of a job entail?**
**The Role; **As the Finance Graduate you will support and learn from all functions within the finance department whilst undertaking a fully funded Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeship which incorporates the AAT L3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
- Explore each of our core Finance areas - Business Information, Planning & Performance, the Financial Reporting and our Manufacturing Areas
- Take on a real, business-as-usual role
- Make a substantive impact on our company, throughout your journey
- Achieve a professional accounting qualification
- Develop all-round knowledge of a leading UK business’s financial function
- Work towards a permanent Business Leadership or Technical Expert role
- Assisting with report generation and account reconciliation
- Helping to develop how we report and improving our SAP Business Processes
- Investigating variances and suggesting improvements
- Analysing expenditure and assisting in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan

This role is offered on the basis of Monday to Friday 8:30am until 16:45pm 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working may be an option after a training period.
**Key Ingredients**
- Good level of education to degree level (Finance degree or equivalent)
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of using SAP is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
- Previous Finance experience is desirable
- Excellent computer, and in particular, microsoft excel skills
