**About the Role**

The Operational Support Team provides leadership and coordination for change projects, leads the coordination of continuous improvement across all Live In Care operational companies through audit, problem solving, ensuring effective training and accreditation.

Responsible for maintaining systems and processes for weekly checks of projects pay, charge and mileage across all projects. Operational Support also provide essential strategic and administrative support for the MD in the management of employment appeals, high level complaint resolution and corporate governance of the companies.

The Operational Support Supervisor will be responsible for leading the Team in providing support to each of the regional operational live-in companies, ensuring tight governance of management meetings and corporate meetings, and personally leading the quarterly audits of each of the regional companies and ALIMS. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

- Completion and compliance with all operational compliance processes.
- Oversight and management of project requirements.

In addition you will have:

- The ability and flexibility to manage a varied and changing workload
