The** Warehouse Administration Officer** will be key in ensuring that the **Warehouse is running smoothly,** including being responsible for administration compliance across the Warehouse departments.

**Job responsibilities**:

- **General administration **for warehouse departments: Stock control, Inventory Management, Goods in, Warehouse/Despatch. Amazon FBA and Returns
- **
Maintaining all paperwork** to the required standard
- Ensuring all system-generated stock movements are completed
- Ensuring **back-office administration **and work requests are delivered on time to a high quality
- Leading** continuous improvement **initiatives within the warehouse
- Maintaining an **open line of communication with different departments** across the business to manage stakeholders
- Organise and** **manage **short-term daily improvement projects **to keep your team motivated and meeting KPIs
- Responsible for **coaching and mentoring** our Apprentices in the Warehouse
- Ensure that** daily reports** are carried out to keep stakeholders informed, namely the Operations Director
- Assist with the inspection of premises to ensure that **Health & Safety** is being adhered to
- Perform primary **keyholder responsibilities**

**About you**:
Having worked in a similar environment previously for around 2 years or more, you will have excellent administrative skills within a Warehouse or Distribution environment. To succeed in this role, you will need to be someone who has:

- Analytical skills and ability to interpret information to support decision making
- Confidence in using computers and inputting data
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
- Eager to train and mentor your team to aid their personal development
- Have a full understanding of Warehouse Management systems
- An understanding of Lean methodologies would be an advantage
- Minimum Grade C / 4 in GCSE Maths & English**What can we offer you in return?**
