**Process Lead Job Description**

**The role**
Proservartner is a fast-growing professional services and advisory consultancy and seeks an experienced, motivated Purchase to pay process lead to support our growth strategy.

**The person**
You will be a self-starter, able to work without close supervision and ideally have previous experience in the professional services and technology sectors. You will have experience of working in a SSC/BPO environment and an understanding of client needs and challenges and being solution orientated in solving those challenges.

**Key responsibilities**
- Managing and coordinating of PtP team in day to day operations
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of PtP processes
- Manage & develop the relationship with the client
- Daily involvement/cooperation with AP, Cash & Banking, GL team, as required
- Ensure that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA
- Providing operational support to team members
- Coordination and implementation of tools in the team
- Ensure team's compliance to guidelines & policies

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
