**Role: -**Certification Coordinator **Salary: - **Competitive **Location: -** Surrey - Hybrid role with combination of office and homework **Type: - ** Permanent Russell-Taylor Group have **two**positions available for Certification Coordinator to join a Global Third-Party Testing Company. This role is a permanent position with a hybrid combination of home and office work which will be based in Surrey-the site is accessible by train if you do not drive. This is an office-based role where you will be working within the Certification support team. **_What will I do day to day?_** - The role will require you to support the Certification team with "non-technical" requirements this will include helping to monitor, drive and improve the performance of the certification programs which ultimately will improve customer satisfaction and increasefinancial performance of the business. - You will be the first point of contact for all UK based certification and follow up services. - You will schedule and maintain licence renewals, factory inspections, annual testing and laboratory audits and set ups ensuring that this is booked in and taken place when required. - Provide project management support when required. - You will compile document packages and release of certificates to customers. For example, audit report packages toe ensure that criteria are met. - Handle confidential documentation for clients - you will have to label, upload, archive, and document quality control of electronic files in accordance with instructions. - Update records when required. - Raise invoices and quotes for completed certification activities. **_What skills/requirements do I need to have for this role?_** - Due to you being the first point of contact for customers - you must have excellent communication (written & verbal). - Previous experience in an administrative type of role which will have involved, planning, and dealing with customers. - Must live in the Surrey area and be happy to be on site a couple of times a week. - Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and be able to switch tasks when required so top organisational skills are a must. - Ability to work within a team, but independently - Excellent IT skills - MS Teams, Word, Excel, Database etc.
