Building Surveyor

A professional Building and Project Consultancy, based in Liverpool, are now seeking a bright and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join their Building Consultancy team.
**The Building Surveyor role**
The successful Building Surveyor will gain experience working with clients such as investors, occupiers, developers and funders across a variety of sectors including office, retail, leisure, industrial, mixed use and residential.
The Building Surveyor will be working on a mix of professional and project services including technical due diligence, acquisitions, dilapidations, contract administration, defect analysis, planned maintenance, expert witness, party wall and employers agent.
This opportunity offers the successful Building Surveyor a diverse day to day workload where they can continue to develop and push their career, with great career progression structures in place.
**The Building Surveyor**
- A Building Surveying Degree
- Ideally MRICS or working towards
- Relevant Building Surveying experience
- Consultancy background
