**Experienced Medical Receptionist**:

- Office based_ _in Notting Hill, no remote working_
- Standard DBS check required_

Private GP surgery is looking for an experienced Medical Receptiionist to join a very busy admin team.

**Requirements**:
You must be punctual, efficient, organised and able to work well under pressure. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, as well as ability to multi-task and strictly follow instructions.
Previous experience in private healthcare is a definite advantage.

**Main duties**
To ensure that all patients receive a warm welcome to the Practice and are provided with all the attention and all the help they need.
You will ensure the smooth running of Reception and help with
- booking appointments and dealing with patient enquiries;
- managing clinician diaries;
- checking in and registering patients;
- collecting payments;
- dispatching pathology samples to the lab;
- checking stock and inventory;
- ensuring CQC compliance;
- and providing admin support to the practice team as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
