**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide research insights into how new concepts and designs are received through formative and summative usability testing, liaising with analysts to understand any issues and opportunities with the live websites
- Seek out examples of good practice from across the web to help further improvements and ensure the business stays ahead of the competition
- Provide insights to the Agile development teams to ensure the right builds
- Research and discover what needs improving via evaluating competitors and other successful websites and apps, usability testing and reviewing our own sites and using customer feedback to identify problem areas
- Testing concepts and prototypes to ensure the best options are selected; and then once you have higher-fidelity prototypes, testing again to ensure the fine details are right

**Main Skills/ Requirements**:

- Well versed with conducting User Research
- Seeking experience in all phases of Usability Testing
- Experience with qualitative and user-centred design methodologies
- Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioural analysis and statistics
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment, and take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Able to give valid examples of usability test scripts and reports of findings in previous roles.
- Experience with a selection of user surveys/interviews, personas, customer journey mapping etc
