Our Client, a fast growing brewery organisation, offer a great benefits package and free onsite parking, along with a great company pension scheme. Key tasks for the Junior Demand Planner will be:
- To develop and oversee demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation, to drive forecast accuracy
- Record, track, and analyse forecasts, such as sales history, customer data, promotions, market trends, seasonality, risks, opportunities, and forecast exceptions to understand to forecast performance
- Suggest improvements to existing tools and processes for demand planning
- Conduct root cause analysis of errors and implement corrective and preventative actions to drive continuous improvement
- Lead Forecast Reviews with stakeholders across various functions and work collaboratively to understand customer requirements
- Use reporting tools / BI software to prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and KPIs.
- Provide key data, inputs and reports for the S&OP process
The role of Junior Demand Planner will come with some basic training but applicants should be strong on all MS office programs, in particular MS Excel.
We are looking for a really strong communicator, someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
