**Role responsibilities**

The Bespoke Residential Property Conveyancing Secretary / Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks to support one or more of the senior team members.

Duties include but will not be limited to:

- Opening, closing and archiving files
- Undertaking SRA checks on law firms and ID and money laundering checks on clients
- General administration duties such as photocopying
- Ordering property searches
- Producing legal documents and amending them when necessary
- Registering completed documents with HM Land Registry and dealing with requisitions raised
- Pursuing Initial Client Documentation
**Person specification**

Applications are sought from individuals who can work across several tasks at once, who have effective communication skills and previous experience of residential or commercial property matters. A high level of client care skills will be needed as well as the ability to adapt to various IT systems, as you will updating cases on LMS and Lender Exchange systems and using the practice management system.
