**Salary: £55,000 - £65,000** **Title: Group Accountant** A global real estate Investment Manager with over €20bn AUM is looking to onboard a Group Accountant. With an investment portfolio spanning 30 funds across 17 countries, this is an exciting opportunity to join a "best in class" business that has won multipleawards for its sustainable investment approach and culture. You would see the inner workings of a global real estate company working on the business's five years plans, assisting subsidiary businesses with their reporting and forecasting and managing the onboarding process as the business continues to acquire highmargin businesses. **Responsibilities** - Deliver key consolidated Group reports to senior management, including management accounts, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets; - Provide accurate and timely reporting and other ad-hoc information to shareholders and other key stakeholders within the business; - Improve the quality of corporate reporting from the local subsidiaries; - Collaborate with local subsidiaries on queries relating to financial reporting, forecasting, IFRS and system-related issues; - Manage and update the Group Finance policies and procedures; - Assist the Group Financial Controller on any adhoc projects and take responsibility for specific projects as and when necessary; - Assist in all other aspects of the Group Finance function where applicable. - Fully qualified accountant through ACCA/CIMA/ACA; - 3+ years’ relevant industry experience working in corporate finance, management accounting and/or financial management; - Strong higher education results; - IFRS and UK GAAP accounting skills; - Real Estate or Investment Management experience is a must
