Stakeholder Engagement Manager Permanent Opportunity Manchester or London - HYBRID Negotiable Salary **What will you be doing on a day-to-day?** - Work with the Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Policy to implement a stakeholder engagement strategy - Work with the Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Policy to implement and maintain a stakeholder engagement plan - Work with colleagues to ensure a coherent approach to Stakeholder engagement and delivery of our key messages (for example, via meetings, events and consultation responses) - Put in place a programme of stakeholder engagement activities. - Implementing methods for information sharing to encourage the pooling of stakeholder intelligence - Working with colleagues to share stakeholder information and intelligence, in particular the product management team to ensure our work is aligned to Government and Regulator priorities - Preparing executive briefing papers for senior level engagements with stakeholders. - Undertaking a variety of secretariat duties e.g., input into setting agendas, drafting meeting minutes, tracking actions to closure **What sort of person are we looking for?** - A strategic thinker and problem solver, able to bring to life and co-ordinate messages to ensure a joined up "big picture" - The ability to work across the organisation and functions and lead others more senior, influencing how they work together and work with stakeholders - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex messages for different audiences, both internal and external, and up to and including Board level - Strong experience of co-ordination/briefing/secretariat functions - Well-organised - able to manage several tasks in parallel, whilst ensuring that these are completed to time and quality - A self-starter - persistent and resilient - Strong commercial awareness Now on to the more exciting part... **BENEFITS** - Bonus scheme - Private medical insurance. - Car allowance - Extensive personal development and training opportunities - Hybrid working - Many of our people work 1 to 3 days in the office. - Flexible holidays - increase your standard 25 days by purchasing extra days. - Dental plan. - Cycle to work scheme - Childcare vouchers - Headspace free membership - a popular mindfulness app. - Season ticket travel loan - Charity days - Retail discounts. - Discounted gym membership - RAC discount - Income protection scheme
