**The role will be varied and will include**:

- Reference and compliance checking.
- Managing the daily schedule and ensuring availability is up to date.
- Recruitment administration and consultant support.

**You must be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Responsibility - you will be responsible and accountable in this role.
- The ability to plan and be highly organized.
- Ambition to develop personally.
- A team player.
- Self-motivated - nobody is going to do this job for you. You need to be a self-starter.

- Previous work experience within a recruitment environment is preferred.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade 5+ or equivalent.
