**Working Flexibly**
**What will you be doing**:

- Producing reports including analysis of significant movements to ensure data accuracy
- Identifying and commenting on key drivers on monthly/ weekly/ daily moves on a wider portfolio level
- Providing system and database expertise to help with data reconciliation and analysis
- Understanding the importance of a control environment to the commercial efficacy of a leading investment bank
- Identifying inefficiencies, as well as influencing and driving automation where relevant
- Driving and supporting the investigation and resolution of operational and technical challenges
- Maintaining and implementing business remediation solutions for Credit Risk Portfolio Reporting to ensure continuous BCBS 239 compliance
**What we're looking for**:

- An excellent analytical background, data driven, results orientated and commercial focused
- Good experience in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to understand and identify potential control breakdowns in processes, demonstrated with contributions to effective procedure manuals
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Relevant experience within Credit Risk or Finance Reporting and Analysis
- An understanding of data infrastructure
- Business Objects and/or SQL experience
