**AFTERSALES ADVISOR (INEOS GRENADIER**
We are recruiting a full-time Aftersales Advisor.
**The Role**:
Includes but is not limited to:
- Responsible for welcoming customers to the Aftersales department
- Liaising with the Service and Sales customers to keep them informed of progress and advising on any additional work which needs carrying out
- Planning and organising hours to sell and drive retail labour sales
- Organising and progressing the completion of internal and retail workflow
- Purchasing and stock control, direct from the manufacturer or from external suppliers.
- Making service reservations using our DMS, Keyloop Drive.
**Skills & Experience**:
- A good understanding of current motor vehicle technologies
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator with the ability to coach and mentor team members
- An understanding of Keyloop Drive DMS or similar
- Previous experience of electronic VHC reporting is desirable
- Well-presented and personable
Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
