We’re looking to hire an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant. Understanding Recruitment is a dynamic, market leading, multi award winning Industrial, Commercial and Construction agency based in Stevenage Town Centre, our employees and clients really do matter to us
We create a bespoke training and development programme for all of our recruits which encourages rapid promotion.
Role of the Recruitment Consultant is to:
- Develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
- Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
- Win new exciting accounts
