**About this Role**:
The PA to the Principal is a key role in the Academy. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Principal and other senior leaders to ensure the smooth running of the Academy. These will include but are not limited to:
Administration and diary management for the Principal

Support to senior leadership team

Support for recruitment and safeguarding checks

Support for suspensions, permanent exclusions and formal complaints

Line management of Oak administration team

Experience in the education sector would be advantageous

Full time / Permanent
