Aurora HVAC is looking for an OFFICE CLERK to join their dynamic team in Plymouth on a fixed part time basis.
We provided a multitude of building services to Blue-chip clients Nationwide. Your role will be to provide a comprehensive and flexible administrative support for reactive and planned works.
Job role
- Manage and maintain the needs of blue-chip nationwide clients.
- Use specific software to process paperwork, reports, stock movements and allocate jobs. Training will be provided.
- Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing, and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders, and answering calls
- Interact with Engineers, clients, and vendors
- Order parts, ancillaries and office supplies
- Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
- Edits documents for accuracy
- Maintains accurate records and enters data
- Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
- Assists in setting up new client accounts
- Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary
- Performs additional duties when required, including but not limited to Updating HR Records, Monthly Vehicle inspections, Assisting Finance with employee expenses
You **MUST**possess the below requirements;
- Exceptional Communication skills: written and oral
- Customer service skills: face to face and over the phone
- IT and electronic communications including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft office, in particular Excel and Outlook
- 2 years administrative experience or equivalent
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- A suitable qualification in Administration or computing e.g. NVQ2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong Problem-solving Skills
- Highly organised individual
