A successful international specialist media company is looking to recruit an experienced B2B marketer.

The role is responsible for developing and executing Marketing activity across brands, and reports to the Head of Marketing. We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in lead generation for high value subscription products, subscription marketing, conferences and/or exhibitions or marketing of similar B2B products/services.

**Key Requirements**:

- Drive Marketing activity on a day-to-day basis to deliver the Commercial Objectives.
- Find innovative ways to deliver against your Marketing Plan and deliver your proposal to the team and key Stakeholders showing tenacity and great communication skills.
- Marketing proposals to lower volume, higher value Marketing approach to build and deliver a data informed, brand, content and proposition led model.
- Goal should include increasing the number of people who purchase as well as increasing the number of products bought per customer.
- Help the Head of Marketing with reporting, planning, internal communications and development of a world-class Marketing Team and Community.

**Key Skills**:

- Significant experience in a successful Marketing Team in a matrixed organisation within B2B.
- Strategic understanding - able to think about the needs from their role in the wider context of the organisation and develop plans and adjust to multiple external factors.
- Time-management - able to manage a broad remit across a range of Paid subscription brands and events to external partner relationships.
- Innovative - demonstrates new thinking in strategy and execution.
- Development - ambitious to develop self and Team.

Benefits include bonus, flexi hour scheme with core hours between 11am to 3pm and 2 weeks remote working abroad if needed.
