Work type: Secondment. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project coordinator to join the water service delivery team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you?

The Water Service delivery team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.

**Where you fit in**:
As our Project Coordinator you will provide project administration support services to all teams within Water Service Delivery, covering financial SAP functionality and access data from to Asset Inventory, Engineering Document Management System (EDMS), Business Risk Management (BRM), Direct Procurement (ARIBA) Programme Prioritisation Management System (PPMS) and corporate data management systems etc.

**What skills & qualifications you will need**:

- Experience of projects, partnership working and financial management.
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to proactively self-manage own workload whilst maintaining effective operational relationships.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work across all levels and functions.
- Report writing.
- Presentation skills.

**You will also benefit from having**:

- Previous experience in a commercially orientated and / or regulated environment.
- Previous experience gained within the water or wastewater sectors or within the broader utilities, process, or manufacturing industry sectors.
