Restaurant Supervisor

we pride ourselves on good quality customer service and good food, this has to be maintained by all staff and the standard should be set by our management team.

The running of the day to day operations fall to the general manager and assistant manager, we expect the assistant manager to be supportive of the general manger in every way possible, especially with these supporting roles:

- training junior staff
- maintaining health and safety standards
- supporting company policies and regulations
- assist general manager during busy periods
- meeting company targets ie wage bills, other staff performances, maintaining stock levels
- strong on the floor with excellent customer service
- conduct themselves in a professional and approachable manner
- showing leadership to fellow staff, experience in similar role is an advantage

Minimum of 1 years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry is required.

Hospitality qualifications are desirable but not essential.

*C or above in Maths and English GCSE

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
