The Senior Analyst will report directly into the the CCO and work within a specialist Fin Crime Team as part of the wider Compliance function, so there are plenty of opportunities for development and progression.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Providing advice and expertise on Financial Crime, with a particular focus on Sanctions, to the business.
- Policy review, reporting, Annual Fin Crime Report and review of controls
- Working to support and promote positive compliance culture within the business
- Supporting with ad hoc requests (horizon scanning, reg returns, projects etc) and training for the business
- Have Financial Crime experience (must include Sanctions) for global jurisdictions
- Have experience working in Compliance or Financial Crime within the Insurance sector, preferably the London Market, though this is not essential.
- Have good global and UK Reg knowledge relevant to this role
