We have a large team of Sales Negotiators, which is continually growing. We are now looking for a driven Sales Manager, who is ready to take on the lead of our Kentish Town team.

The Role:
As a Sales Manager, while focusing on developing your portfolio and progressing deals, you will take on people management responsibilities, making use of your acquired management skills.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Managing a team of 3 sales negotiators
- Scheduling and conducting Market Appraisals
- Complying with government regulations
- Managing the team's learning and development
- Scheduling and leading viewing
- Negotiating between vendor and buyer in order to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange
- Increasing the market share of Martyn Gerrard within the area

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
- Well organized
