**Hours**: 38.75 per week

**Role Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing 1st line Technical Support within the organisation (remote and onsite)
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Liaise with staff through a series or processes to help set up systems and resolve issues
- Escalation of problem where appropriate
- Proactive support - Continuous maintenance and monitoring of systems in accordance with appropriate plans
- Preparation of equipment and services in line with work specification and appropriate deadlines
- Implementation of hardware and services through onsite or remote working
- Update of documentation relating to supported networks

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems - (Windows 7/8 Server and Mac OS is an advantage)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with MS Windows server 2008 R2/2012/2016
- Advanced experience with MS Windows 10 /11
- Basic Understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Microsoft Office 2013 / 2019 2013 installation and operating
- Understanding of Microsoft Exchange server 2016
- Full UK driving license
