An exciting opportunity has arisen for a for a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills and an administrative background to join our clients HR team as a HR Administrator.

The main purpose of this role is to support the HR team with all aspects of administration to

ensure efficient service.

**Responsibilities**:
∙Coordinating and organising work placements

∙Carrying out pre-employment screening and creating all offer packs

∙Train colleagues on the self-service HR system

∙Maintaining the training diary, organising and booking any required training

∙Producing relevant reports i.e. payroll, sickness absence, wage changes, holidays etc

∙Assisting in the planning of the annual review process and updating the system

∙Assisting in the organisation of events, coordinating attendees, meeting rooms etc

∙Organising and conducting the HR induction process, reviewing and developing this

process as necessary

Skills & Experience:
∙Previous experience within an administration role

∙High level of accuracy with the ability to analyse and interpret data

∙Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships

∙Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently within the team
