**Summary**
We are seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic team at Pinkstones MG. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by managing administrative tasks and supporting our staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support dealership operations.
- Maintain accurate records and files for customer transactions and vehicle inventory.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and appointments.
- Assist in data entry tasks to ensure information is up-to-date and organized.
- Support the team with clerical duties as needed, including typing documents and correspondence.
- Organise office supplies and maintain a tidy work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Familiarity with Keyloop CDK or similar DMS software is a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
