**What you'll do**:

- Issue Security Passes
- Auditing Suppliers
- Processing Helpdesk Tickets
- Process Purchase Orders
- Conducting Health and Safety Audits
- Liaising with Landlord regarding any building issues to be resolved
- Supporting and coordinating department moves on site
- Ordering lunches and assisting with room set up for client events
- Overseeing contractors on site

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience in frontline service in an office setting
- Previous experience of supervising or working with a team providing hard and soft services
- Good interpersonal and communication skills including good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Proficient with IT systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, outlook)
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
