Cosmetic Surgery Patient Assistant

This is a hybrid role where your time will be split between Patient Journey Assistant and Reception duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Patient throughout journey from start to finish
- Complete all introductory and medical forms for patient
- Prepare patient for the surgical handover
- Inform patients of expectations and aftercare
- Be present as a chaperone when needed
- Assist surgeon and scrub with external needs
- Administration duties - printing/scanning
- Handling inbound/outbound telephone calls
- Preparing medical notes for the surgeons
- General cleaning and presenting front of house
Who we are looking for
- Healthcare background is preferred but not essential
- Outgoing with experience of dealing with customers
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and ambitious
30 hours per week
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
