Position: Air Conditioning Bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Didcot

**Salary**: From £36,000 to £38,000 plus package

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong background in Air Conditioning for a full time permanent position based on a large industrial park in Didcot

This engineer will be working alongside other experienced engineers maintaining Air Conditioning and general building maintenance for commercial sites.

This is not a mobile position; however, the site is large so we do require a full UK driving licence

The right person for this position will already have experience dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on splits and vrv’s as well as being able to water testing, basic plumbing and other general maintenance duties

It is essential that this engineer holds the F gas qualification. Even thought this is a static position we are happy to provide this engineer a company van and fuel card so that they can get to and from the site as well as move around freely while there

**Requirements**:

- Strong working knowledge of splits and vrv’s
- Able to do planned and reactive maintenance
- General building services maintenance experience would be an advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable distance to Didcot
- F gas 2079 is essential

Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- No on call for this site
- Company van and fuel card to get to and from work
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension
