We are looking for a permanent Payroll/Accounts administrator to join our busy accounts department at our head office in Newark. This is a great opportunity to join our well
- established team and report directly to the Financial Controller.
**Day to Day duties will include**:
- Responsible for providing end to end payroll processing.
- Processing starter & leaver files.
- Dealing with staff queries on a daily basis.
- Maintaining sickness and absence records.
- Processing holiday requests.
- Processing pension payments and maintaining pension records.
- Submitting tax and deductions through HMRC.
- Assisting the Financial controller with various accounts duties.
**Key Requirements**:
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Accuracy & Excellent attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Payroll experience: 2 years (required)
