This role will be working as part of a growing team dedicated to one airline. We will be responsible for handling all their reservations and customer service needs. **Responsibilities**: - Call answering - Making airline bookings using the airlines chosen GDS - Providing a high level of customer service **Requirements**: - Polite telephone manner - Attention to detail - Aviation experience, preferable but not essential - Strong writing skills - Always happy to help approach **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Company pension - Free parking - On-site parking - Sick pay - Store discount - Work from home Schedule: - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: - Horley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Shift availability: - Day shift (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Horley Reference ID: SM005/05
