**Customer Advisor - Priority Desk**

**Orpington**

**Salary guide: £25,000 - £26,000**

**Job Purpose -**We seek an experienced Customer Advisor to join our expanding, established, and successful Priority Service team. The Priority Team handle high value contracts for both commercial and residential customers, providing high quality customer service and administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a group of priority customers who may have multiple contracts. This will involve handling all their queries, feedback, requests and any complaints
- Use of customer portals to load or access information
- Scheduling and diary management of engineers and allocating of their jobs
- Providing costings and quotes to customers
- Quoting and ordering parts for jobs
- Following up actions from meetings
- Bespoke invoicing according to client requirements
- Updating systems regarding queries and outcomes
- Take ownership of tasks and manage own workload within a team environment

**About you**

We are looking for a person with a high level of commitment who can demonstrate relevant experience in a fast-paced customer focused role. Excellent communication, organisation and PC skills are essential. You should be able to work quickly and accurately in a busy, team environment and should be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to ensure issues are identified and resolved to customer satisfaction. Previous experience in client management and service administration is preferable.

Working hours between 8:30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday.

Pay: £24,603.00-£26,000.00 per year
