**Location**: office based at our head office in Bracknell, RG12 1LP

**Salary Range**: £22,700 to £25,000 gross per annum, depending on experience

A great opportunity arose for an enthusiastic, **customer-service oriented** to join our Call Centre Scheduling team.

We are looking for a reliable Project Scheduler with great communication, common sense and customer service skills. This will be a hands-on role, offering you support every step of the way by your line manager and other experienced colleagues.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Customer-focused skills gained in retail, hospitality or other similar setting
- Previous office/ call centre experience is desirable but not essential
- Problem-solving skills, to allow you to deal with complaints and challenges in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Timekeeping and reliability
- Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required in order to meet commitments and deadlines
- Organised and excellent administration skills

**Main Objectives of the role**:

- Liaising with customers and engineers for each project to book the required appointments and responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises
