**The Company**

Our client is a leading global packaging manufacturer, specialising in the Pharmaceutical and Beauty industry. Their Packaging offers deep market understanding gained through years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Beauty industries. They work closelywith their customers to provide bespoke, ground-breaking solutions for their clients packaging and security needs. Due to growth, they are now seeking a Packing Operators to join their team based in their friendly packing department at their Newmarket Site.

As a Pack Operator you will be responsible for operating the shrink-wrap machine to pack flat or folded leaflets, in order to meet customers delivery dates. They are looking for someone who is highly motivated and a driven team player. Training will be given.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To make-ready the shrink-wrap machines within the department to achieve the required quality levels and meet expected planned delivery times.
- Produce labels for packing trays and boxes.
- To perform any hand finishing requirements to meet customers specification.
- Ensure all documentation is completed.
- Work within company Health & Safety and Environmental rules, bringing to your manager’s attention any areas of risk.
- Work with the Quality Department to ensure the finished product meets the customer and industry standards.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping within the department.

**Skills, qualifications and/or experience**:

- Experience of shrink-wrapping machines (desirable).
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Literacy and numeracy skills required to be able to accurately complete warehouse paperwork.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Shifts: Monday - Friday: 6.00am - 1:20pm and 1:15pm - 8:35pm, potential overtime available.**
