**Cover Supervisor**

Term time only Monday 32.5 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year including INSET days. **Part time considered.**

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives - and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our evolving organisation.
- **What will you be doing? **_You will be supervising classes during the short-term absence of their teacher, assisting students with their set work and activities to ensure they remain focused and on track. This role is diverse with the opportunity to develop new skills throughout the school.
- **What do you need?**_ Good numeracy/literacy skills equivalent to GCSE grade C and above and excellent communication skills. Experience within education preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
