My client is a growing, national firm of Independent Advisers firmly founded on the principle of providing holistic lifestyle financial planning that is affordable and accessible to all. Their unique outreach to potential clients, and success in onboardingthese, has allowed the business to expand in a steady and measured strategy and they are now looking to add a further Independent Financial Advisor to their team.

The role is a classic IFA position, dealing with individual clients throughout their financial planning journey; what is different here is the amount of support available to Advisors. This includes
- A guaranteed and regular supply of fully qualified leads
- Dedicated Paraplanner support - typically one Paraplanner per three Advisors
- An experienced Administration team
- In-house Compliance team
- Skills and development support from a dedicated and experienced team
- Proven on-boarding process to get you-up-and-running
- Full tech package provided
- Basic salary of £75,000 plus bonus/commission earnings (OTE £100K+) and benefits package

We are looking for Diploma Level 4 qualified Advisor who is already providing independent advice and holds SPS or an IFA Paraplanner who is looking for their first step into an advisory role. You will be a client-centric individual who is totally focusedon providing the best of advice, and service, to your clients and who upholds the highest standards of integrity. And last, but by no means least, someone who is truly excited by the opportunity to develop and grow in their chosen profession
