**About the Hotel**

Atrium Hotel Heathrow has a new and exciting opportunity for a professional F&B Supervisor. Just one stop from Heathrow Airport, Atrium Hotel Heathrow is an urban retreat offering 570 ultra chic bedrooms with delectable culinary offerings through multiple Food & Beverage outlets, sizeable event spaces and exquisite wellness like swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the fitness centre.

**About F&B Supervisor role**

You will have previous experience in a similar role working within a Food & Beverage outlet. You will possess an excellent understanding of guest’s expectations and be able to deliver to these standards and more

The successful **F&B Supervisor **will undertake the following duties:

- To ensure that Food and Beverage operation is in line with Hotel standards at all times.
- Ensuring that all guests’ needs and requirements are met.
- To ensure consistent organised and compliant supervision of the Restaurant, Coffee Shop and Room Service operation.
- To ensure effective communication with relevant departments within the hotel at all times while being proactive in anticipating guest needs and requirements.
- To establish and develop a personal guest rapport by constantly trying to exceed guest expectation whilst maintain complete discretion.
- Ensure schedules are in place to cover all tasks within the department you are allocated to
- Communicating with the team regarding the day’s business times
- Deal with customers comments and complaints seeking your Manager’s or the Duty Manager’s support where necessary
- Explain the menu options in full for Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Coffee Shop and Conference & Events

**Skills and requirements**
- Exceptional customer care skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues across the hotel
- Constantly improve knowledge and show a desire to learn, attend company’s trainings
- Take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance to ensure the department runs efficiently, and assist in the event of absence cover
- Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English Language is strongly preferred
- Symphony system experience is preferable
- Previous experience in hotel environment is preferable
