**Under 3’s Room Leader (Full and Relevant Early Years Level 3 or above)**

- Common Sense (we know, it’s rare not common)
- Reliable and punctual
- Must not be overly sensitive, the friendly banter flows at times, and as for some of the thing’s children say
- We work hard and there’s never a dull moment, but the days are filled with laughter
- Must be ok working in all weathers, there’s no such thing as bad weather only unsuitable clothing.

Pay: £25,795.50 per year
