Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a Welcome & Service Assistant, plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service.
What it's like to work here:Hanbury Hall & Gardens is a country retreat in the heart of Worcestershire. The house and garden, originally a stage-set for summer parties, offer a glimpse into life at the turn of the 18th century.
The original formal gardens, designed by George London, have been faithfully re-created and complement the relaxed later gardens, with orangery, orchards and walled garden.
This is an exciting time to join the property as the team is currently in the midst of some conservation and landscaping projects. We are working on a new biomass building, play area and a café extension. Keeping visitors engaged and informed during the project works will be vital, so great customer service and flexibility is a must.
The team here is friendly, approachable and excited for the future of Hanbury Hall. You’ll be joining a team of Welcome & Service Assistants who look after Visitor Reception. They are assisted by a couple of weekend Service Assistants and a team of volunteers. The whole team is part of the Visitor Experience team managed by the Experiences & Programming Manager.
