**Your New Role**

As a Senior Models Artist working within the Art Department, you will be working alongside an enthusiastic team of artists helping to drive and deliver the next generation of AAA games created at TT.

Being a creative person with a keen eye on quality visuals is a must, as you will be working directly on publishable materials.

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Design and In-game setup of LEGO models using PBR workflow.
- Setup/Rigging of LEGO models and vehicles to fit game engine requirements.
- The design and creation of decals/printed elements.
- Setup of high detail models and vehicles for use in cut-scenes.
- Optimization of models and vehicles to work across multiple platforms.
- Updates and maintenance of the TT LEGO Brick Libraries.
- Creation of approval materials for submission to The LEGO Group and any additional stake holders.
- Undertake relevant on-the-job training to keep up to date with industry advancements and technologies.
- Assist with tools training as directed by Lead LEGO Model Artist.
- Ensure a high level of communication is maintained between disciplines such as art, design and production.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Demonstrable portfolio
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency with game engine(s) such as Unreal or Unity
- Proficiency with Maya & Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Proficient in virtual or physical LEGO asset design.
- Flexible approach with the ability to adapt with change.
- Ability to deliver high quality work to scheduled deadlines.

**Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of LEGO themes, elements, connections and building techniques.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
