**Customer Service Adviser needed in Shrewsbury £10.41 per hr **PAYE - Reference: RQ681579**

**This role will involve**:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding a range of service.
- Providing an exemplary customer focussed service that meets agreed service standards across multiple delivery platforms and via whichever channel the customer chooses, wherever possible resolving the customer need at the first point of contact.
- Increasing the numbers of customers who can be expected to self-serve to do so by actively promoting the use of alternative methods of doing business.
- Identifying and addressing wherever possible potential or hidden customer needs thus supporting the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children and contributing to preventative outcomes for the customer.

Working a range of shifts 8am-4pm, 9-5pm or 10-6pm. Monday-Friday. Saturday 9am-1pm on a rota.

**This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.**
