The Enterprise Academy gives young people the tools to feel confident and empowered through enterprise education. Our workshops are high energy, involving lots of games and energetic activities. We are looking for coaches to join our team that are confident, energetic presenters looking for a flexible role to compliment their existing work/studies/business. You must be a confident public speaker.

About the role

The Presenter will be responsible for leading on the delivery of the programme activities and ensuring young people are offered a mixture of fun and engaging activities each day.

This role is suitable for someone who can act as a strong role model and support groups of young people to engage in high energy fun activities.

We are currently recruiting for someone with availability on Fridays between 9:30 and 1:30pm. This role is located in the centre of Manchester.

Main Responsibilities
- Attend training workshop to understand the programme content and meet the other Presenters you are likely to be working with.
- Ensure that all programme content is delivered to the young people who attend your designated programme.
- Deliver assigned content in a fun and engaging way, ensuring that young people get the most out of each session.
- Work collaboratively with your TEA colleagues and other staff on site to ensure the young people's experience is to the highest quality it can be.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and tasks are completed accurately throughout the programme.

Essential:

- Experience of working with young people
- Ability to deliver high energy games and activities
- Excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to be proactive and adaptable with the skills to think on your feet.
- Experience of working in a demanding environment, and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
- Strikingly positive and motivated attitude, with a passion for building stronger communities and seeing change in society.

Beneficial:

- Experience of leading and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to follow a set curriculum, adapting it to suit different audiences and varied learning styles.
- First Aid awareness and Safeguarding qualifications.

Training

Fully provided: Training provided prior to starting work on programme.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract, Graduate

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
