Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join this progressive and motivated team located in a beautiful Village near Brookwood, Surrey.
Our client is a small pub group offering a great menu with fine and hearty food created by their chefs from ethically sourced menus, and a variety of wines, beers and spirits, an extensive wine list and a range of beer and craft ales.
You will be an enthusiastic Head Chef who shares their passion for great food. You will be a strong and enthusiastic leader, leading from the front with proven capability of developing, managing and motivating kitchen teams. This Head Chef role will give youthe opportunity to evolve the menus and exceed budgeted commercial expectations through a clear understanding of GP, P&L and labour costs. You will work closely with the General Managers and company Directors as a key contributor to the success of the pubs.You will also be key to ensuring a high level of quality fresh, local and seasonal food, to build the strength of our reputation and be first choice in our customer's eyes. This Head Chef position offers a good salary plus gratuities and bonus. Live in accommodation is available close by if required.
