**Job Title**: Reprographics/Artworker

**Reporting To**: Studio Manager

**Based at**: Leeds Head Office, but including time in the field during training.

**Scope**:Maximising Quality, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction through production of accurate and comprehensive artwork

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Reprographics, primarily using Illustrator and Photoshop on a MAC, with a view to getting fully trained as an ESKO Operator/Artworker.
- Esko Packedge, ESKO Automation Engine - automated workflows.
- Stepping files using Esko software.
- Experience of using GMG Open Colour Management Software.
- Flexo and Offset repro knowledge of packaging and labels.
- An understanding of digital file formats (pdf, tiff, eps) from different operating systems (Mac and PC) is required.

Job duties and responsibilities will ultimately include:

- Pre-flighting supplied files for production suitability
- Attending regular artwork meetings to liaise with production on potential print issues
- Preparing supplied artwork for flexible packaging and labels through to fully repro stepped files using automated workflows
- Electronic image manipulation and colour correction. (Photoshop)
- Colour managed proof output - using our GMG Opencolor software
- Working with Production teams on a day to day basis
- To QC files for print production using ESKO Viewer software

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
