We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Product Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to product launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products, meeting customer needs and business objectives. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in development of product requirements and specifications based on market research.
- Monitor and track product performance, gather customer feedback, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
- Supporting Kinetik Wellbeing and Love My Skin parts of the business.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and a competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and regulatory.
- Fulfilment of the entire artwork process and all associated tasks for the successful launch of products.
- Keeping reference libraries relevant and up to date.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organise product demonstrations, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Critical path management and fulfilment within setting up and coordinating NPD.
- Organising product development calls and actions.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales/Account Management team

**About You**:

- At least one year’s previous experience in an office-based role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A passion for the health and wellbeing industry.
