**Bid Consultant**

£40,000 - £45,000

My client supply visual collaboration solutions to the corporate market, and as is fitting for a company offering this, they are all about team workMy client offers AV and VC Solutions to make it simple for their clients to communicate with each othereither from smart meeting rooms or out on the road.

Due to growth, they are looking for a new Bid Consultant to join their existing Bids and Tenders team.

**Audio Visual (AV) Bid Management Role**:
This role will be key in supporting the management of my clients major bids and sales proposals.This role will involve the delivery of large proposals and tenders to agreed timescales, ensuring the solutions proposed look and sound as amazing as they are.You’ll ensure the bid process runs as smoothly as it can and have input to improving processes where needed.

Reporting back on wins and losses and the status of all current bids will form an integral part of this role so great organisation and data analysis skills are needed.The role is supported by a wider team and bid coordinators; everyone works hybrid (remote/officebased) so you’ll need experience working with remote teams too.

**Requirements for the role**:
Experience creating bid documentation

Strong proof-reading skills

Commercial awareness

**Package**:
In return my client is offering an excellent salary of £40,000 to £45,000, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays alongside a truly excellent benefits package.
